Who We Are

Ginhar Miya is an ACNC registered not-for-profit charity which is an Aboriginal controlled and led organisation that is committed to the ethical delivery of programs and services which build self-determination and prosperity by equipping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, CALD communities, and other marginalised communities with the knowledge to secure economic independence.

Belinda Kendall

Belinda is a proud Aboriginal woman of Barkindji, Wailan, Worimi, and Wiradjuri heritage. She is a respected leader, consultant, and facilitator with extensive experience in child safety, wellbeing, healing, therapeutic care, and community leadership, delivering meaningful change across government and community sectors.

Tina McGhie

Tina is a proud Wiradjuri-Ngunnawal woman, born and raised in the Illawarra. Raised on Wodi Wodi and Dharawal Country, her upbringing has shaped her professional journey. She brings extensive managerial experience across employment, training, and social and community services, with leadership roles in government, corporate, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.

Bill Pritchard

Bill is a proud and respected Aboriginal Elder of the Dabee and Mowgee peoples of the Wiradjuri Nation. He brings extensive experience across public and community sectors, with experience in child and family service delivery, child safety and wellbeing. He was a long-term CEO of AbSec and Vice President of SNAICC and NCOSS. He has also been a Ministerial appointment to the board of AHO, as well as having served on the board of numerous Aboriginal organisations. He is passionate about social justice and improving outcomes for Aboriginal people and other marginalised groups. Bill is an experienced leader, educator and facilitator, who is committed to empowering Aboriginal communities through collaboration, education, as well as providing ACCOs with culturally grounded advice and solutions.
